Sizing + Care for women & men:

Size 2/ medium, up to 7 inch wrist

Size 3/ large, up to 7 1/2 inch wrist

Size 4/ x-large, up to 8 inch wrist

Use a jewelry cloth on sterling silver/ gold filled beads to polish and brighten.
