THE NAME

BULL + STAR (pronounced BULL and STAR) is a Chicago inspired name. The bull represents our men's line and is a nod to Chicago's stockyard origins. The star represents the ladies line and is the 6-pointed star on Chicago's flag.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 10 days of the ship date.  Returned item(s) must be in the original condition, unworn, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item(s) received are not in original condition or are damaged. Final sale, custom items, and altered/ resized items are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for shipping fees while shipping items back. If you purchased your items through one of our retail partners, please return it through the original point of purchases.

SHIPPING

All orders ship within 2-3 business days from placing an order and ship via USPS. Orders over $100 ship free. Custom and adjusted pieces will take a few days longer to process.

REPAIRS

In the event that your jewelry breaks, please email us here for instructions. We will either repair or replace the items for a fee, given we still stock those items.

JEWELRY CARE

To help preserve the beauty and shine of your products please follow these guidelines. Remove jewelry prior to swimming and showering. Avoid contact with hair spray, perfume, and lotions. Dropping, banging, and catching pieces will weaken them over time. Visit the product listing for special cleaning instructions, but in general, clean and polish with a microfiber cloth.
